To become a member of the Italian-American Sport Club, download the application here below.(Right click on icon & save target as or save link as). Fill out the required information & remember to indicate your sponsoring member. Make checks payable to the IASC Membership. Our yearly dues is $90 (or $80 for 65 & over). In adition, there is a one-time registration fee of $50 and mail it to:

Per iscriversi all’ Italian-American Sport Club, scaricate e completate il modulo sottostante. (clicco destro e salvate il file sul vostro PC). Compilate i vostri dati esaurientemente e ricordate di includere il vostro amico membro che vi sponsorizza. Intestate l’assegno a: IASC, nella somma di $90 o $80 se superiore ai 65 anni. In più aggiungete una quota d’iscrizione di $50 (prima volta soltanto) e speditelo a:
